As a systems integrator, IOS Software Solutions has expertise in consulting, audit, design, implementation, optimization, maintenance and support for very large and complex projects.

About The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager with proven experience selling IT Infrastructure solutions and IT services to join our team in Iasi.

Your mission is to build and lead a strong sales team from scratch, focusing on winning enterprise accounts, growing the revenue and market share.

You will play a central role in developing IOS Software Solution's commercial footprint in Romanian market. You will help grow our customer base in the territory by coordinating prospecting efforts into target industries and verticals.

What You'll Be Doing

• You will be hunting and building a strong network of enterprise customers to generate revenue across IOS Software Solution's solutions.

• You will establish a trusted and strategic advisor relationship with each key customer and drive the continued value of IOS Software Solution's products and services.

• Manage and report accurate forecast and pipeline, achieve sales goals on a quarterly basis, and mentor sales executives on strategies to reach their goals.

• Support ongoing growth and development including recruiting, hiring, training and mentoring sales executives.

• Establish an effective relationship with internal Services team, IT solutions team and Operations to ensure operational excellence.

What You'll Need

• 3+ years of experience in leading sales teams and business development.

• Network of contacts, clients, and partners in verticals like Healthcare, Retail, Hospitality, Manufacturing, Construction, Education, Energy, Transportation etc.

• Strong presentation and listening skills: comfortable presenting and negotiating with senior executives (C-level).

• Happy to shift from strategic thinking to rolling up your sleeves and supporting implementation
